Administrators, sometimes known in construction settings as Document Control officers, need a broad range of skills to work efficiently and to help increase business productivity. The function is integral to any construction organisation as they process and manage various procedures, paperwork, communications, permits, orders, etc. Duties typically include:

Typical Work Patten
40 hours p/w with start time typically between 07:00 & 08:00 inclusive of 8 hours at college.

Qualifications required/desirable
Minimum Requirements
English and Maths at GCSE Grade 3 or above, or Functional Skills at Level 1 or above.
This role will be based in the North Thames valley region (between Oxford and Aylesbury) and so candidates must be willing to travel in and around this area from time to time.
Desired Requirements
It will be an advantage if you have some previous related work experience and you should be confident using ICT and Microsoft Office.
Key Training/College Information
K10 will enrol you to the Level 3 Business Administration course and fund your qualifications through an accredited training provider.
The apprenticeship duration is 18 - 21 months.
